Firm Files Suit against Automotive Parts Supplier in Tragic Accident

The firm recently filed suit against a major national parts supplier arising out of an accident that occurred in Perry County, Alabama. The Complaint alleges that the driver of a large box truck failed to observe the traffic around him and forced another vehicle to leave the road. Two people suffered serious injuries. The firm represents a victim in this tragic accident that is left in need of lifetime care as a result of paraplegia suffered in the car accident. The firm believes that this case will be ready for trial this year.
