Firm Readies for Trial in Products Liability Case

The firm is preparing for trial in a case against Toyota Motor Company arising out of a single vehicle accident involving a 1999 Toyota 4-Runner. The wreck occurred in Sumter County, Alabama and the case is pending there. The Complaint alleges that the vehicle was defective and unreasonably dangerous and as a result of such defects the young driver of the vehicle suffered quadriplegia and is now left in need of care for the rest of his life. This devastating and tragic case is expected to go to trial later this year.
