Firm Resolves Suit Against Logging Company

On August 25, 2010, one person lost their life and others were injured when a log truck collided with a vehicle stopped in traffic on Highway 43 in Greene County, Alabama. Witnesses reported that the tractor trailer was speeding and never applied his brakes prior to the collision. The firm filed suit on behalf of the victim and the matter was resolved within four months for a confidential amount.
